HOW SILO CLEANING INCREASES EFFICIENCY
The free circulation of stored materials on a first-in, first-out basis is critical to increasing silo efficiency, ensuring that the oldest product is evacuated first and does not contaminate the younger, fresher goods. Common issues include rat-holing and bridging. Rat-holing occurs when powder from dry products sticks to the walls of a silo, leaving only a narrow path through which product may flow out. Bridging occurs when material blocks the base of the silo.

Then we’ll repair and replace the air slide. We also paint silos from the exterior wall (for the first time in India, our firm offers this exclusive service). Following that, we pass over the silo for use.
